An ongoing exploration at the intersection of two interests: the outdoor industry and the unglamorous, defensible software gaps inside it.
The premise is the one from the field report — that outdoor brands run their pro programs as cost centers when they are really high-trust distribution channels left unmanaged. Alliance Pro is the sketch of what it looks like to treat that channel as software: verified identity, tiered access, a feedback loop from the field back to product, and instrumentation connecting advocacy to outcomes.
Filed here as an experiment rather than a company — a way of thinking out loud, in code, about a market I want to understand better.
