“We’ll figure out distribution later” used to be survivable because building took long enough that you had time. It doesn’t anymore. If the product can be cloned in a weekend, the moat has to be in how it reaches people. An idea without a believable path to its first thousand users isn’t an early idea — it’s an incomplete one.
