Agentic checkout is probably not the opportunity.
Everyone’s building the button that lets an agent buy. The button is the easy mile. The hard, defensible work is upstream: clean machine-legible catalogs, portable buyer preference, merchant-side intent, and recourse when an autonomous purchase goes wrong. Sell shovels to the part that’s hard to demo, because that’s the part that’s hard to copy.
